Private training at The Body Building is more than just a workout — it's a fully customized performance and recovery experience led by one of the most experienced and credentialed coaches in the Central Valley.
With nearly 20 years of hands-on coaching experience, Cameron Scharnick brings a depth of knowledge that bridges science, performance, and real-world results.
Cameron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) — one of the most respected credentials in the industry, typically reserved for high-level performance coaches.
Continued education includes:
- USA Weightlifting Certification — Advanced strength and power development
- FMS (Functional Movement Systems) — Movement assessment and injury prevention
- Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) — Golf-specific performance and mobility training
- Advanced Metabolic and Strength Courses under Charles Poliquin — One of the most decorated Olympic strength coaches in history
This combination allows him to program with precision — not guesswork.
No two bodies are the same, which is why every session is tailored specifically to the individual. Whether your goal is:
- Weight loss & body recomposition
- Muscle building & strength development
- Athletic performance & speed/power training
- Mobility, stability, and injury prevention
- Post-rehab strength rebuilding
Cameron builds a program that meets you where you are — and evolves as your body adapts.
Cameron's approach starts with understanding how your body moves. Using principles from FMS and performance-based training:
- Imbalances are identified and corrected
- Mobility and stability are restored
- Strength is built on a solid foundation
This not only enhances results — but significantly reduces the risk of injury.
What sets this experience apart at TBB is the ability to integrate training with advanced recovery modalities. Clients can pair their sessions with:
- Cryotherapy
- Infrared or halotherapy sauna
- Compression therapy
- IV therapy or peptide protocols (when appropriate)
This combination accelerates recovery, improves performance, and supports long-term results.
Cameron has worked with youth athletes developing foundational skills, adults seeking fat loss and strength, high-level athletes improving performance, and individuals rebuilding after injury or time away from fitness.
His ability to adapt to each individual is what makes his coaching both effective and sustainable.
